Naomi came to Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center, requiring skilled rehabilitation services due to muscle weakness, repeated falls, and the need for assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
During her stay, she actively participated in therapy and demonstrated excellent motivation and determination. She worked diligently to improve her balance, strength, endurance, and activity tolerance while developing increased awareness of safety during all functional activities. Her consistent participation contributed to meaningful progress toward her rehabilitation goals.
In addition to therapy services, she continued to receive her scheduled dialysis treatments at the facility. She also became increasingly engaged in facility activities and social opportunities, enhancing her overall well-being and quality of life during her stay.
At the time of discharge, Naomi expressed sincere appreciation for the care she received at Highland Ridge. She stated that if she ever required rehabilitation or long-term care services again, Highland Ridge would be her first choice. She shared that everyone at the facility was “so wonderful” and stated she would wholeheartedly recommend Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center to her family and friends.
We wish her continued success, good health, and happiness as she transitions home. ... See MoreSee Less
